Jennifer Garner switched careers for a day, dropping her acting skills on her Instagram page for gloves and a shovel.
The “13 Going on 30” actress posed for pictures in her lush garden, holding several stacked wicker baskets. “Summer love, from Farmer Jen.” Garner captioned the article. She promotes organic baby food brand Once Upon a Farm, a Ghanaian co-founded company with a mission to make food for children better.

The actress wore a light summer gardening dress, which was certainly not for getting dirty, but was very vibrant and pretty. Soft and opaque, this maxi dress features orange flowers on cream fabric. The sheer cream overlay is seen on the opaque fabric, which elongates the skirt.
The dress features short sleeves and a princess pleat on the skirt for added volume. Taking inspiration from the nature around her, Garner became natural, adorning it very lightly with a black watch and a single silver ring. Garner brushed her hair down and put on light makeup to give her a “sun-kissed” complexion.
Garner often opts for sneakers, so it’s no surprise that she coordinates with the footwear style. While the actress and mom seemed to be wearing her Brooks or Veja’s everywhere, Garner changed her mind and opted for white sneakers made from canvas.
The white sneakers are accented with white laces and a chunky rubber sole for a sturdier look. The sneakers Garner wears in her garden differ from the elongated, athletic look that Brooks sneakers have, with softer edges.
