Stuart Weitzman and Disney have a magic announcement.

The eponymous luxury footwear brand and entertainment giant have teamed up for an exclusive capsule collection that combines their most iconic codes into a collection that brings Disney fans and footwear lovers together. The collection highlights the spirit of both brands demanding inspiration, originality and joy.

The upcoming collection includes Stuart Weitzman’s most recognizable shoe styles, as well as silhouettes of iconic Disney characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, who have captivated audiences in the decades since their 1928 debut. The collection includes sneakers, sandals, boots, booties and loafers.

Filmed in the East Village by Angelica, one of New York City’s most popular movie theaters, the accompanying Movie Magic event blends Disney’s storied history in the film industry with Stuart Weitzman’s red carpet legacy. Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Meghan Markle, Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston all discovered Weitzman’s designs.

The ad stars Lindsey Wixon, with the supermodel wearing a redesigned version of Weitzman’s iconic Livy sneakers featuring Disney favorites Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Duffy, Goofy and Pluto embroidered on the midsole area. The collection also showcases the silhouette of Mickey Mouse’s face and ears as Swarovski crystals.

The loafers feature a similar arrangement, with black straps embellished with Swarovski crystals; red crystals form Minnie’s bow.

The collection will be available globally on August 15 at Stuartweitzman.com and select Stuart Weitzman boutiques while supplies last.
