Alicia Keys stopped traffic while recording video and selfie on the roof of Radio City Music Hall.
The 15-time Grammy Award-winning singer was spotted on a photo shoot in New York on Aug. 11. Keyes wears flashy outfits when he’s out, which speaks volumes about the city’s sweltering heat.
Keys wore a shimmering crop top made of strung beads that fell from the singer’s bodice. Some of the colorful beads are strung in rows in geometric shapes, while others hang in sparkling fashion to catch the light. A beaded bra top complements the white high-waisted Dickies, and both pant legs are splattered with paint.
The “Girl on Fire” singer is known for her fun sartorial fashion sense. She has a soft spot for personalised pieces that match her comfort and style aesthetic.
The same is true when it comes to footwear. Earlier this year, the 41-year-old commanded the audience in a stylish black and silver combination at the Assago-Mi forum in Italy. The singer donned a black suit with a mesh top and dreamy neckline. The top also includes dangling jewels, which fall gracefully around her neck and chest. For heels, the New York native wore crystal heels.
When preparing for the red carpet, Keys tends to wear gowns, often with flowing cape elements that tell a story through patterns or designs, from brands like Alexandre Vauthier, Valentino, Balmain and Moschino.
Keys typically chooses chic boots, versatile heels and lightweight sandals in a variety of colors and styles. When she works on stage, the songstress often opts for statement boots with exaggerated pointed toes, which brighten the outfit while providing a pop of color. The “Diary” singer is certainly no stranger to the fashion world, having starred in commercials for Givenchy, Stella McCartney, Levi’s and Tiffany & Co.
