Madonna is alive and never disappoints. That’s why she made a giddy look at a party in Scilly, Italy, for son Rocco Ritchie’s 22nd birthday.
In a carousel of multiple photos shared to Instagram on Monday, Madonna appeared next to her son, who is married to former director Guy Ritchie, toasting him with a glass of champagne before serving him a cake designed as a retro bag. To celebrate, the family flew to Europe for a sumptuous Italian dinner. It’s fitting that Madonna would pick an Italian designer to dress her up for the occasion. Her Instagram post was captioned: “From Leo to Leo!! Happy Birthday Rocco.”

She wore a puff-sleeved pleated dress by Italian independent designer Luisa Beccaria. Beccaria is known for its Neo-Romantic style handcrafted in Italy.
This skirt is just the first layer of the cake. Madonna wore a white belt, a stack of bracelets on each arm, a pair of sunglasses and decorative cross earrings.
The iconic pop star complements bejeweled T-strap sandals. She leaned against the wall, raised her right foot, and assumed a pose that gave her fans a closer look in one breath.

Madonna’s nine-year-old twin daughters Stella and Estere and son David Banda were also present at the celebration.
The singer is getting ready to celebrate her birthday on August 16.
