This risky set features a razor-sharp bodice asymmetric bodice that pulls the garment’s waist inward for styling in a sleek silhouette. Elegantly draped over her shoulders was a red mesh of interwoven structured material that provided the “La Loto” singer with more coverage, while the velvety skirt was layered down with a short side slits.
The skilled dancer wore an edgy outfit like a pro, with black leggings underneath her skirt to effectively bring the outfit together.
Anitta donned personalised silver accessories including geometric cuffs, sculptural earrings and a ring that sparkled under the bright camera flash. The 29-year-old superstar brushed her short brown hair back and used it to frame her face, while her makeup was dominated by a peach hue, complete with a glossy nude lip.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, Anitta took the actress to new heights in crimson lace-up metallic platform shoes with sky-high heels. The shoes barely peeked out from behind the maxi dress, but they triumphed over outfits thanks to their striking sheen and impressive height.
The 2022 MTV Video Music Awards will take place on August 28 at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, hosted by Nicki Minaj Jack Harlow and LL Cool J. Minaj will receive the event’s Pioneer Award for his contributions to the music industry, while the Red Hot Chili Peppers will receive the Global Icon Award. The 2022 awards will also include Blackpink, Anitta, Panic! At the disco, Lizzo and Maneskin. This year’s nominations were led by Harlow, Harry Styles and Doja Cat with eight nominations each.
