Emma Roberts showed off her totally chic style at home while making news for her latest project “Tell Me Lies” – in heels. The series, which stars Grace Van Patten and Jackson White after a tumultuous eight-year relationship, is based on Carola Lovering’s book of the same name and opens on September 7 Premieres on Hulu.
Roberts posed on Instagram in her latest formal wear to promote the collection, which she produces under her company Belletrist TV. For the occasion, Briton Elgin styled the star in a Louis Vuitton white-collar sweater and black shorts. Roberts’ knit includes a row of round buttons for a preppy look, while the shorts have a flared silhouette and front pleats for a modern look. Roberts’ ensemble was completed with a bright red manicure and pedicure and gold earrings and jewelry by Melinda Maria, Rachel Katz and Bond Eye Jewelry.

The “American Horror Story” star’s outfit was paired with a pair of glossy platform sandals, also from Vuitton. Her $1,370 Fame style features a black patent leather upper with an adjustable buckle ankle strap, silver LV Circle logo hardware top toe strap, and a heavy platform sole. The shoes feature a block heel that totals 4.5 inches and features studded LV Initials lettering. The set brings a preppy and retro vibe to Roberts’ ensemble, proving their ’70s inspiration fits.
This isn’t the only chic outfit Roberts has had in recent weeks. In fact, as seen on Instagram, she wore a green and white striped Dolce and Gabbana miniskirt on the beach in late August with white By Far platform mules.
