Viewers discovered the “House of the Dragon” CGI bug, and HBO’s VFX team will fix the scene.
After the Starbucks Cup was shown in Game of Thrones season 8 episode 4, viewers of the most recent episode of House of the Dragon have now discovered a major CGI bug. In Season 1, Episode 3, “The Second of His Name,” the scene where King Viserys delivers a letter to a soldier contains elements that the VFX team didn’t address during post-production.
It appears that a visual effects editor forgot to edit out the green gloves used to cover actor Paddy Considine’s fourth and fifth fingers. The fingers should be removed to establish Visery’s injury while sitting on the Iron Throne. There are now reports that HBO is planning to update the episode to remove the bug on its streaming platform.
Take a look at the Dragon House CGI bug that viewers found below.
