Olivia Wilde is getting ready to film her “Don’t Worry Darling” in ’70s florals at the 70th San Sebastian International Film Festival in San Sebastian, Spain today.
The director wore a fitted long-sleeve gown with a high neckline and a wide skirt from Kwaidan Editions, which allowed Wilde to move around as she saw fit. The star adorned her psychedelic style with gold and diamond hoop earrings and a matching ring, adding a subtle sparkle.
Wilde’s heels are not visible thanks to the hem of her gown. When her shoes were visible, however, Wilde was known for her relaxed and playful aesthetic. From platform boots to pointed-toe pumps in a variety of shades and prints, the “Her” actress knows how to have fun with her shoes. From trendy New Balance and Adidas sneakers to classic Converse styles and sleek slip-ons, this versatile mother of two was spotted on her vacation.
Wilde’s chic style is also reflected in her clothes. Just yesterday, Wilde wore an oversized black blazer to the red carpet premiere of “Don’t Worry My Darlings” in Madrid, Spain, paired with a pair of loose, high-waisted blue mom jeans with a slouchy belt. The easy-going ensemble isn’t complete, and doesn’t tuck a fake-neck plain white tee into denim.
Wilde’s new film “Don’t Worry, Darling,” starring her boyfriend Harry Styles and Florence Pugh, has attracted widespread attention from fans and the public of the director’s previous work. The film marked Wilde’s second directing career. This psychological thriller follows a 1950s housewife living with her husband in a “utopian experimental community” when the idealistic exterior begins to crack. The film premiered at the 79th Venice International Film Festival.
