Kristin Cavallari brought her own style to concert fashion during the 2022 iHeartRadio Festival with a classic set of heels. The two-day event took place in Las Vegas and featured a series of performances by artists including Avril Lavigne, Halsey, Diplo and Maren Morris.
The “The Hills” star stepped out on the red carpet at T-Mobile Arena in a bold, romantic ensemble by Dani Michelle. Michelle wore a black miniskirt with a cutout back for Cavallari. The piece also gets a touch of bold appeal from the deep front neckline and spaghetti straps—all lined with shimmering yellow crystals for a bodice-like effect. The Uncommon James founder’s suit features a gold ring, earrings and a shiny black clutch.
Speaking of footwear, Cavallari donned a matching set of black pumps. The classic style features the signature triangular toe and stiletto heels that appear to be at least 3-4 inches in total height. The velvet upper gives the suit a soft look, adding to the romanticism of the Cavallari outfit. It also confirms the star’s penchant for versatile footwear that elevates accents through textures and silhouettes, which she’s proven by re-wearing numerous styles in her wardrobe; in fact, earlier this month, Cavallari reunited in Miami Slip on her tan Larroudé sandals, proving the power of versatile heels.
Cavallari also shared on Instagram the ultimate return for “Hills” fans: She and hairstylist Justin Anderson performed the reality show theme song “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield on Diplo’s DJ show.
“Feel the rain on your skin,” Cavallari aptly captioned the post, referencing the song’s iconic chorus.

For Cavallari, contemporary style is a constant in her shoe rotation. The author of “Balance in Heels” is often featured in Chelsea boots, lace-up boots and western boots by Jimmy Choo, Bottega Veneta and Isabel Marant. Her off-duty rotation also includes Veronica Beard mules and Alexander McQueen sneakers. On the red carpet, however, Cavallari wore lace-up sandals and platform pumps from top brands like Gucci and Schutz. She launched her eponymous Uncommon James jewelry line in 2017 — which also includes her Uncommon Beauty line of skincare, candles and Little James children’s sleepwear.
