Ashley Benson brought a heavenly twist to fall stratification this weekend.
On Saturday, the “Pretty Little Liars” star shared her latest outfit on Instagram: a black oversized blazer by Dolce and Gabbana with rolled-up sleeves and an easy spin. Complementing the jacket is a miniskirt with a low, curved neckline, a thigh-high hem and a prominent right triangular slit. Completing Benson’s Jessica Paster-inspired ensemble was a sheer black Wolford bodysuit that added a sexy and fuller layer to her ensemble; similar styles were worn by Kylie and Kris Jenner, Dua Lipa and Beyoncé this fall. Completing Benson’s outfit is a printed Fauré Le Page crossbody bag, gold collar necklace, layered thin hoop earrings, rings and a heavy gold watch.

On the footwear side, Benson continued her all-black storyline with a set of towering Versace platform boots. Her $1,725 style features a black leather upper, a round toe, and a 2.5-inch chunky platform sole. A flared 5.75-inch block heel completes the pair, giving the star a boost while also instantly simplifying her outfit.
Platform boots like the Benson are trending this fall because of their comfortable, supportive silhouettes and height-lifting heels. The chunky heel style has proven to be the most popular because of its stability. New styles emerged from a range of brands, including Jessica Simpson, Steve Madden and Saint Laurent. However, other brands have changed the style in their own way — like Simon Miller, which relaunched its signature oversized platform boots this month through a collaboration with actress Tommy Dorfman.
When it comes to footwear, Benson often opts for bold and elevated styles. The “Spring Break” actress regularly wears black boots and loafers from a range of brands including Vagabond Shoemakers, AGL, Dr. Martens and Rag & Bone, including platform, ribbed, western and combat silhouettes — just to name a few a few cases. She also has low- and high-top sneakers from Saint Laurent, Converse and Nike in her after-get off work wardrobe, as well as J/Slides slippers. On the red carpet, Benson often opted for similarly dark or metallic pointed-toe pumps and sandals from top brands like Laurent, Manolo Blahnik and Alevi Milano.
