As the father of the new century gospel warrior of the post -World Doomsday animation, Takino Hideki is never ashamed of the enthusiasm for the “Monster” movie -this is a Japanese movie and TV drama type that surrounds the giant monsters that destroy modern civilization and peace. Since the creator of the New Century Evangelion was appointed as the director of New Godzilla in 2016, fans have been thinking about whether these two franchise rights will cross.
In the recent trailer, New Godzilla fought with EVA Unit-01 in an epic CG and fashionable traditional animation combination. The trailer is a promotional video called “P Godzilla vs Evangelion -AWAKENING of The Glls” -it was originally the latest player of Fields.
Although this 80-second video is not directed by Takino himself, it is characterized by the familiar face of the New Godzilla and the New Century Evangelion, and has completed a unique mixed monster model conversion for EVA Unit-01.
Two new theme songs are also included. One of the original singing theme song “The Paper of the Cruel Angel”, which was the iconic theme song of the Gospel Warrior, sang. The second theme song was sung by the voice actor Lin Boling’s voice actors, and she also played her role in the trailer.
