There are many things that remind us of our childhood. Whether it’s music, photos, or TV shows, we all have one thing that instantly brings us back. If you’re a post-90s kid, you definitely remember watching Sailor Moon as a kid (and you probably still do every now and then), and when you hear the theme song, it instantly brings back memories. Vans’ latest collection is a collaboration with the hit anime series, and it gives us all that nostalgic vibe.
The Vans x Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon collection includes adult and kid-sized shoes featuring different Sailor Moon-themed designs. Sailor Moon’s signature brooch and bow adorns the top of the Sk8-Hi, while the translucent jelly-like heel and toe bumper, adorned with the Sailor Moon planet symbol, really caught our eye. Fan-favorite Luna also got her own with the ComfyCush Slip-On The shoe is fuzzy and even features cat ear detailing on the top. Some other major Vans styles can also be seen, such as the Vans Authentic, La Costa Slide-On, and Old Skool Patchwork.
Clothing is all part of the collection, with crew necks featuring Sailor Moon’s shapeshifting brooches and bows, while the rest of the character appears on short- and long-sleeve T-shirts and buttons.
