Netflix canceled “1899” after one season, and it is expected to have three seasons.
Just confirmed that Netflix will not sign the second season of 1899. This news surprised the fans, because 1899 was one of the most successful programs. It reached 79.27 million hours before the release, and in November, it ranked among the top 10 lists on the streaming platform.
Baran Bo Odar, co -founder of 1899, posted the news on Instagram:
- We have to tell you with a heavy mood that “1899” will not be updated. We really want to end this incredible journey with the second and third season, as we do in “Dark”. But sometimes things do not develop as you plan. This is life. We know this will disappoint millions of fans. But we want to thank you from the bottom of our heart because you participate in this wonderful adventure. We love you. Never forget.
