The addresses lead to the city’s parking lot, where potential buyers were greeted by hooded and masked figures in black YEEZY GAP hoodies and high-top lace-up boots.
Black delivery vans with dove prints are photographed passing through the city, unloading piles of clothes into commercial-sized cloth bags and bins for guests to parse. T-shirts, hoodies and other accessories are reportedly available in five different shades of navy blue, grey and black. Before the sale, dark-clad staff paraded around the merchandise, an experience that felt performative, echoing some of the aesthetics of Kanye West’s latest Sunday service session.
