As the best of Dragon House continues, HBO Max will soon begin streaming the entire Game of Thrones in 4K HDR, giving fans the chance to relive the epic fantasy in the highest quality they have to offer. The announcement was made by HBO’s parent company, Warner Bros., which said all eight seasons of the acclaimed series will now also support Dolby Atmos, HDR10 and Dolby Vision.
The only place fans could rewatch the show at this quality before was if they bought the Ultra HD Blu-ray bundle, which would set them back $255, but a monthly subscription to HBO Max for $15 and a device that supports 4K HDR , you can now stream anytime.
As for House of the Dragon, the Game of Thrones prequel will premiere on HBO Max on August 21, and will also be available in 4K HDR.
