The streaming service’s license for the AMC title with Sony TV is reportedly set to expire on February 10, 2025, and if the two sides fail to reach an agreement to extend the license, fans will have to look elsewhere for Brian Crans A series led by Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul. All five seasons of Vince Gilligan’s acclaimed show are currently available on Netflix, along with the Netflix-exclusive sequel film El Camino and the prequel series Better Call Saul starring Bob Odenkirk.
In addition to “Breaking Bad,” fan-favorite shows like “New Girls,” “Community,” “NCIS” and “How to Get Away” will all leave Netflix in 2024 if their licenses are not extended .
Better Call Saul, currently in its sixth and final season, will premiere its series finale on August 15. Cranston and Paul, who starred as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Bad, will reprise their roles for the final season.
