J Balvin’s colorful personalities and styles have been translated into Bodega-inspired collaborations.
Superstar and style icon J Balvin today released a new streetwear line, BodegaWear, in partnership with Miller Lite in support of Latino businesses. The collection is inspired by the vibe, look and culture of Bodega, one of the most authentic attractions in the community.
J Balvin is a Colombian singer and songwriter known as the “Prince of Reggae”. Balvin is one of the best-selling Latin music artists, with more than 35 million records sold worldwide.
BodegaWear brings true bodega culture to the fashion world, giving streetwear a taste of the musician’s bright, fun and unique personal style, perfect for a quick trip to the local convenience store.
The 10-piece collection features everything from colorful outerwear embellished with funky patches to interactive accessories that double as beer kegs. The collection also includes sandals, shorts, graphic T-shirts and hats in a variety of colors and styles. The best part about the series? All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Accion Opportunity Fund, an organization that supports Latino-owned small businesses. These works are an extension of Balvin’s work.
Beginning July 26, fans can purchase the exclusive collection while supplies last, ranging from $19 to $349 on Miller Lite and J Balvin’s website.
