Gigi Hadid elevates classic jeans and sneakers with fun tops and accessories.
The model walked out with her friend Leah McCarthy in New York City on Wednesday night. For the outing, Hadid has the perfect mix of classic and trendy pieces. She teamed it with light wash high-waisted Danielle Guizio jeans with a rip at the knee and a cropped knit top. Her sweater vest comes in several different colors and patterns. She added a brown and black bucket hat and a pair of round sunglasses to the look. Hadid went further with a chunky necklace and a petite cream tote.
1-year-old Khai’s mom added a pair of black high-top sneakers to complete her look. Her Converse Chuck 70 Vintage sneakers feature a white rubber sole, black canvas upper, and white laces. Her shoes are available on Converse’s website for $85. 
Like this look, Hadid’s shoe choices are usually on the casual side. The Maybelline muse regularly wears sneakers from Nike, Puma and Reebok, with which she launched a capsule collection in 2018. Slippers are one of her longtime favorites, and she’s worn them from brands like Adidas, Ugg and Alexander Wang. However, Hadid is also known for designing striking heels, especially the pointy-toe pumps, boots and lace-up sandals designed for formal occasions by Stuart Weitzman, Giuseppe Zanotti and Christian Louboutin.
