Julianne Hough designed a fluffy black jumpsuit with athletic flair while out in New York City.
The dancer was spotted roaming the city streets yesterday on her way to the next Broadway show in Greenwich Village, ‘POTUS’. When she’s not sharing her backstage joyous life on Instagram, Hough can be seen on the same hike downtown, often wearing solid neutrals with comfy sandals or mules.
Hough was wearing a black oversized black jumpsuit with long sleeves as she walked past. The one-piece zips at the front and gathers at the waist, and the baggy shorts allow Hough to dance to her Instagram Stories preview. The jumpsuit also features a large hood.
The Broadway actress wore a black and white hat with the hood of the jumpsuit partially covering her eyes, which she covered in a sleek black cat-eye shade. One thing Hough has been consistent with is her love of neutral shades. Yesterday, the dancer performed that love in her dress, wearing a brown and gold leather watch and carrying a neutral cream and black bag.
As far as walking goes, the streets of New York offer some challenges, so only the best and most comfortable shoes are required for long walks.
In the spirit of comfort, Hough wears Loewe’s nylon and suede padded running shoes. With white laces and a thick tan sole, the shoes look perfect for walking.
Sneakers first entered the fashion world in the 1980s thanks to their practicality, comfort and stability. Although their popularity slowed in the 2000s, chunky sneakers reemerged in the late 2010s as part of a divisive “ugly” shoe trend that captured the attention of all genders. Since 2020’s comfy-casual boom, sneakers have become a staple of every wardrobe.
