Blackpink wore bold boots to promote their upcoming single “Pink Venom”. The song, which will be released on August 18, is the first on their upcoming album, Born Pink.
In a promotional video shared on Instagram on Sunday, the four members — Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa and Rosé — all wore pink and purple. Lisa wore a pale pink cutout top with a purple silk bodice and bow-trimmed shorts. Meanwhile, Jennie wore a light cutout top with sheer panels and flared sleeves, with a matching flared skirt and knee socks. Jisoo also wore a ruffled cutout top and a dark pink satin miniskirt. Rosé rounded out the crowd in a crimson sheer top and a light pink flared skirt.

The girl group’s footwear was equally stylish, matching their outfits to create monochromatic and two-tone moments. Lisa completed her look in knee-high pink boots and chunky chunky heels. Meanwhile, Jenny tucked her socks into deep purple heeled mules. Jisoo and Rosé’s footwear includes lace-up combat-inspired boots in a variety of colors and silhouettes; Jisoo’s pair has a lilac upper, platform, and thick heel, while Rosé’s bubblegum pink has a flat-ridged sole.
However, that wasn’t the group’s only daring boots moment this week. In a separate post shared on Monday, Blackpink embodies the utilitarian style of each with a range of stylish cutouts that include all-black textured one-sleeve tops, shorts, crop tops and miniskirts. Completing all of their outfits are black leather boots with knee-high, calf-high and above-the-knee silhouettes, complete with a platform sole, block heel, buckles and laces.

Blackpink has another announcement in the works: they will perform “Pink Venom” at the 2022 MTV Video & Music Awards on August 28th. The show, which marks the group’s first appearance at an American awards ceremony, will take place at the Prudential Center in New Jersey. The show will also feature performances by Lizzo, Maneskin and Jack Harlow.
