Phoebe Bridges will star in A24’s new horror film I Saw the Light on TV, alongside fellow musicians including Lindsey Jordan, Fred Durst and more.
A new A24 horror movie is coming. The latest film, titled “I Saw the Light on TV,” will be directed by writer and producer Jane Schoenbrunn.
A24 is working with Fruit Tree Productions to bring the film to life. They assembled a cast that included many musicians, including Fred Durst, Snail Mail’s Lindsey Jordan, King Woman and Danielle Deadwyler. Also in the cast is Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s Amber Benson, Ian Foreman, Michael Marona, Conor O’Malley, Emma Portner and Danny Tempe Raleigh.
The film has wrapped production and no release date has been announced, however, a very brief synopsis does keep fans guessing. The plot information leaves a lot of imagination space for the audience, and can only attract fans with a short description,
- “The film follows two outcast teenagers (played by Justice Smith and Bridget Lundy-Paine) who share a love for horror TV, but the line between TV and reality begins to shift after being mysteriously cancelled. It’s blurry.”
Stay tuned for more information.
