Sadie Cink made a statement on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival. The occasion marks the first time the “Stranger Things” actress has attended a film event, and she’s in Darren Aronofsky’s upcoming feature film “The Whale” — where she joins Brendan Fraser, Hong Zhou starred alongside Samantha Morton.

Sink wore a bespoke gown by Alexander McQueen as she arrived on Sunday night for the film’s world premiere and reception for the Best Italian Film Achievement Award. The piece featured prominently a layered lavender tulle skirt with a strapless bodice, including two side cutouts, sheer panels and shimmering floral crystal and bead embroidery. Stylist Molly Dickson completed Sink’s ensemble with a sparkling ring.

Completing Sink’s great ensemble are the sleek platform heels. The “All Too Well (Taylor’s Version)” actress’ style appears to include a black patent leather upper, as well as a thick toe strap and platform sole. While the shoe is not fully visible, it will likely have an ankle strap and a heel with an overall height of at least 4-5 inches for added height and safety.

However, this wasn’t Sink’s only Alexander McQueen moment at the festival. Arriving at the Whale’s photo spot earlier in the day, she posed with Aronofsky and her colleagues in the label’s white sleeveless shirtdress, designed by Dickson. The mid-length version features a cutout at the waist and is paired with a black leather strap with silver eyelets for an edgy look. A set of black leather platform boots from McQueen, along with the label’s sunglasses and silver jewelry, completed Sink’s look.
