Armas will star in the upcoming Netflix psychobiographical film “The Blonde,” written and directed by Andrew Dominik, which will premiere at the festival. Based on the 2000 biographical novel of the same name, the film is an exaggerated take on the life of acclaimed actress Marilyn Monroe. The film has already received rave reviews.
