Disney and Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Love and Thunder” is expected to gross $300 million at the world premiere.
The Taika Waititi-directed film is reportedly expected to fetch between $140 million and $160 million in the U.S. and Canada, and $150 million overseas. Its predecessor, Thor: Ragnarok, opened with $122.7 million domestically and closed with $315 million and $854 million globally.
The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film will debut Natalie Portman as Jane Foster as Lady Thor and Christian Bale as Gore.
Thor: Love and Thunder premieres July 8.
