Following Hulu’s limited series trailer about Mike Tyson, the streaming service has just released the official trailer for the eight-episode series. Capturing the tumultuous road of the legendary heavyweight, Trevante Rhodes’ portrayal has been given a more detailed look, showing some of Iron Mike’s most infamous moments – from biting Evander Holyfield’s Ears, his imprisonment, and even his interactions with his White Bengals.
In addition to Rhodes, other roles have also appeared, such as Harvey Keitel as Cuth D’Amato and Russell Hornsby as Don King. The series is described as follows: “Focusing on Mike Tyson, the series explores America’s class, America’s race, the power of fame and the media, misogyny, the wealth divide, the promise of the American dream, and ultimately ourselves. shaping Mike’s story.”
Mike Tyson fans can expect the eight-part series to roll out on August 25, first with the first two episodes, followed by two weekly episodes on Hulu.
