An elegant black dress is a wardrobe staple that will never go out of style, as Oksana Masters showed on the red carpet of the 2022 ESPY Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Paralympic athlete opted for a sleek black open-back dress in contrast to some of the other guests’ choices. The dress has a simple silhouette with added fringe under the bust line.
To bring more subtlety to the outfit, the athlete wore an antique silver necklace with a pendant. She matched it with a silver bracelet and a black clutch.
Complementing the Nike sneakers, the Masters features a complementary black color with the iconic Swooshe logo on the sides and shimmering accents all around. She posed with Aaron Pike on the red carpet.
The ESPYS, or Excellence in Sports Performance of the Year Awards, is an annual ESPN awards ceremony celebrating outstanding achievement in sports. This year’s show is hosted by NBA superstar Stephen Curry, and winners are voted on by sports reporters, broadcasters, sports executives and players, and fans. Some of the biggest awards of the night were Best Men’s Athlete and Best Women’s Athlete, as well as Breakthrough Athlete and Best Record-Breaking Performance.
