A24’s “Everything Everywhere All at Once” with directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert is back in U.S. theaters this week.
The filmmaker confirmed the news on Twitter, saying that Michelle Yeoh’s film will be returning to 800 theaters in the US, and those watching it will see “some old-fashioned tidbits and interludes like classic Hong Kong. Flick ” on the credits. They also assured fans that “it’s the same movie” and that it’s a “[s]ame cut.”
The absurd comedy opened widely in April and grossed more than $107 million worldwide, surpassing 2018’s “Hereditary” as A24’s highest-grossing film to date. Young’s co-stars include Stephanie Hsu, Ke Huy Quay, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr., James Hong and Jamie Lee Curtis.
Back in 800 U.S. theaters next weekend!
