Meghan Fox’s pink days are getting better and better. The actor’s “reverse” eyeliner perfectly matched her pink hair, lip color and nails for a night out with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly in New York on June 28.
Fox – who recently dyed her hair a soft pink to match Kelly’s – took the monochromatic beauty trend to a whole new level. Her complementary pink eyeliner, courtesy of makeup artist Clarissa Luna, added a fun pop of color to her neutral smoky eye. The reverse eyeliner trend features a top eyeliner placed on the lower lashline instead of traditionally placed, an easy way to take eye makeup up a notch without much effort.
“People are taking more and more risks with their makeup lately, and are excited to try something a little bolder than you’re used to,” The Deck of celebrity makeup artist and Scarlet brand partner Etienne Ortega previously told POPSUGAR. “For those who don’t want to use eyeshadow in their everyday life, eyeliner is a great way to elevate the look without distracting from the overall vibe.”
